SUMMER CAMPS
Put a creative twist on your child’s summer with Cut & Paste’s 8th year of crafty summer camps! Kids can explore their inner artist, delight in fantasy themes, decorate cakes, create potions, or make accessories for their rooms and their dolls. Throughout the summer we will help kids explore and create with paint, clay, fabric, fiber, and wood while they make new friends and learn new games.
“Camps” are week-long programs lasting a half-day, 9 am-noon. “Days” are one-day mini-camps that meet from either 9 am-noon or 1-4 pm.
We offer summer camps in May, June, July and August and we are excited to be partnering with Miss Delaney Cakes again for some yummy one-day cake classes. Last summer we sold out over 95% of our camp spaces, so I recommend you sign up as soon as you know your child’s schedules.
If you are registering more than one child, you will pay full price for the first child and a reduced sibling price for any additional children.
You may register on-line with a credit card or through PayPal. You may also register in person at the studio or call us at 223-0114 and pay with a credit card over the phone. Camps must be paid in full at the time of registration. If necessary, you must cancel 30 days before camp starts to receive a full refund. We will also refund if your child becomes ill with Covid or must quarantine. If you cancel less than 30 days before a camp starts, we will only be able to give a refund if the spot is filled by another camper. We do not refund for no-shows.
Campers must be the age listed by the first day of camp. Camps with older age ranges have more complicated crafts which may frustrate younger crafters. Also, while younger kids love hanging out with older kids, the reverse is not always true and younger kids may feel left out.
Please note that ALL of our camps are craft camps. We will not be watching YouTube videos or playing video games.
Campers may be dropped off up to 15 minutes before the start of camp each day. Please send a snack and a drink with your child each day and dress for a mess.
These are drop-off camps. We understand that some younger children need a parent in the room, and we certainly allow this during one-day camps. Please let us know if there are any medical conditions that we should be aware of that would require a parent to stay during week-long camps.
You will receive an e-mail about a week before camp with a link to a health form that will need to be filled out prior to camp.
All camps are held in our studio at 3330 Partner Place, Ste. 156. Our camps kids hang out and craft in the front half of our space, while drop-in crafters work in the back area. Parents are welcome to stay and craft in the back area during summer camps.
We do not have any protocols in place this summer concerning Covid other than asking you to keep kids home if they test positive. We also ask that you keep kids with coughs and fevers at home as well. Refunds will be given to kids who test positive for Covid. If you wish for your child to wear a mask during camp, please let us know at drop-off. Some of our staff wear mask, but others do not.
