Mom & Me Tea Party

Just in time for Mother’s Day we are hosting a Mom & Me Tea Party.

Moms and kids will work together paint a cute ceramic tea pot, then plant a pretty flower in it. This kind of ceramic does not require firing, so you’ll take it home right away.

After we paint, we’ll enjoy cookies and juice together.

Adult and child pairs will each create a tea pot together. The cost is $35 for 1 child/1 adult (making 1 tea pot planter) or $50 for 2 children/1 adult (making 2 tea pot planters) or $70 for 3 children/1 adult (making 3 tea pot planters). This class is best for kids 4 & up.

Summer Door Hangers

Is your front door ready for summer? Join us for a fun evening of door hanger painting.

You can choose one of our our favorite summer shapes:

We’ll walk you through all the steps to choose your favorite colors, add dry brushing, or a plaid technique,  and then accent the outline with our brush markers. Easy peasy! We will have a variety of wooden words and sticky vinyl stencils to add words like “Welcome” or “Happy Summer.”

This class is for adults and older teens.

I ♥ U Mom Cookie Cake Class

Join Miss Delaney Cakes for a big chocolate chip cookie cake class. Start with an 8″ cookie cake, learn to pipe writing and flowers to tell mom how much you ♥ her.

Best for ages 6 & up. This is a parent/child class.

Tween/Teen Night Chenille Letter Bags

Accessories with chenille patches are super popular right now, so let’s make our own. Our tweens and teens will make two bags each with their choice of chenille letter and shape patches, and then we will bead zipper pulls and other accessories to go with them. These are the perfect little bags for summer vacation travel!

This craft will not take as long as some of our other Tween/Teen nights so this one will end at 8 pm.

We always start our Tween/Teen Nights will pizza and end with Oreos!

This is a drop-off event for ages 10 and up.

Butterflies, Bugs and Wiggly Things Workshop

It’s Election Day! Vote for crafting at Cut & Paste. We’ve got a morning workshop for kids since school is out.

Summer is coming and all the flying, crawling and wiggling things are coming outside, so lets craft some really cute ones? Did you know you can make a dragonfly from a kitchen whisk?

Bring a snack and a water bottle.

Ages 5-12. $45. Discounts for siblings.

This is a drop-off event, so parents can leave the kids and go VOTE, then run for coffee, errands or a few hours of work.

Parent/Child Mushroom Manor Canvas

In our June class we’ll be painting a home for our favorite fairies, gnomes and forest creatures. We’ll learn techniques like blending and painting tiny flowers.

We call it Parent/Child, but we welcome moms, dads, grandmas, grown-up friends, or babysitters working with their kids.

Adult and child pairs will each paint one canvas together. The cost is $30 for 1 child/1 adult or $50 for 2 children/1 adult (painting 2 canvases). This class is best for kids 5 & up.

We will limit the class to just 8 families.

Summer Paint Pouring Class

We are in love with paint pouring! We mix our colors with a special paint pouring medium, then pour them out using one of several techniques.

For this class, you can choose your surface: an 18″ Pineapple, an, 18″ Popsicle,  an 18″ turtle, an 18″ Kentucky shape, an 18″ Horseshoe with Kentucky, or a 12″ wooden letter. Then each of us will choose our own colors of paint and we’ll walk you through the steps for pouring to create an abstract masterpiece.

Father’s Day Hamburger Cake Class

Just in time for Father’s Day, Miss Delaney Cakes brings a cake design just for Dad. Kids can learn to ice and decorate a layer cake with buttercream so that it looks just like a hamburger in a bun.

Designed for kids 6 & up, this is a drop-0ff event, th0ugh parents can stay if they’d like to help out.

The price is normally $75, but will be discounted $10 for early birds until June 1.

Mom Camp

Why should the kids have all the fun? This night is for moms (and other grown-ups) who’d like an evening out with friends to paint door hangers and enjoy sweet treats. We’ll make s’mores and relax while we paint.

You’ll pay $28 to reserve your spot, then choose from any of our door hangers or standing decor items that night. You’ll pay the difference then if it is more than $28. Most standard door hangers are $28. Design-by-Line door hangers with etched patterns are $32, and layered door hangers are $36. Plain circles are $28 and wooden words to add on are $6-9.

We can also create bows for you, and add greenery to circle door hangers.

We’ll seat groups of friends together, just let us know who you are coming with in the comments section.
